Introduction:: Xiong'an High Speed Railway Station covers a total gross floor area of 475,200 m2, which is equivalent to 66 football fields. The top beam features a hyperbolic shape, namely the facade and the ground have different curvatures, but the overall shape has a regular changing curve. The project is characterized by complicated installation of electromechanical pipelines, exposed integrated pipelines, and many professional systems. Therefore, it is difficult to achieve regular and orderly construction. The steel structure installation, mechanical and electrical installation and painting processes are complicated and staggered, and their quantities are huge. Meanwhile, the steel structure roof of Jinxiong Field in Xiong’an Station weighs 3,000 tons, the lifting height is high and the total lifting weight is heavy, so the construction technology is very difficult, which is rare in the construction of the same type of high-speed railway station buildings in China. To complete this heavy and complicated construction task, CDHorizon provided over 500 aerial lifts in total for the main steel structures, electromechanical installation, interior decoration, curtain walls and exterior construction of this project, provided that the construction period, cost and safety are taken into consideration. Horizon aerial lifts not only are environment-friendly, but also have the long battery life, good operation conditions, low failure rate and timely entry and exit. Furthermore, the training of operators is well provided. The on-site service engineers are dedicated. When there was any fault, they repaired, providing strong support for the construction of the Xiongan High Speed Railway Station. During the period of construction between different platforms, the customer was equipped with the spider crane and service engineers for on-site construction, and the service engineers worked continuously for up to 20 hours, making every effort to overcome difficulties and guarantee the smooth delivery of the project as scheduled.
