Project Solution：12,000t of materials was consumed. The scheme was designed and optimized rationally according to the complicated terrain and the interval was increased to reduce the steel consumption

Introduction:
In 2020, "the Technological Transformation Project of Wine Blending and Storage Cellar of Wuliangye Yibin Co., Ltd.” started in Yibin City with planned total investment of more than RMB 1.7 billion. On a floor area of about 251mu, the project intends to build 14 wine cellars on a total building area of about 130,000m2. After resumption of work and production, CDHORIZON exchanged with the client to make plans for the delivery of over 10,000t of supporting materials. In this project, the interior site is not leveled with significant ups and downs, and the exterior site has a slope with height difference of 4m. To ensure that the project construction complies with the client's demands and minimize the use of steel under the premise of safe and stable frames, CDHORIZON organized technicians for a field survey to understand the project environment and discussed with the Project Department for many times to determine the final scheme. By adjusting the materials of the key and sub-keels, our engineer realized the maximum interval of 1.8x1.8m for upright tubes beneath the board to effectively reduce the steel content in the frame and help the client to improve economic effects and create values.
