Introduction:
On Aug. 16, 2014, the II Summer Youth Olympic Games was successfully opened in Nanjing. It is another important Olympic game hosted by China after Beijing Olympic Games. The competition events were held in 26 venues of the "three halls", which were distributed in a scattered manner and involved a large number of partners. Therefore, the requirements on electrical assurance management and technical operation were extremely high. Equipment mobilization was a challenge since most of the halls were in downtown and inaccessible by trucks in daytime. Equipment unloading and installation were arranged in the night.
