Project Solution：3,063t of steel

Introduction:: Project overview: foundation pit area, perimeter and depth of 3,350m2, 250m and 11.4m approximately. Soil condition: Filling, silty clay, mucky silty clay and silt. Support form: PLC pile + inner support of steel tubes. Project characteristics: This project used the 820*Φ14 steel tube pile (28m long), IVw type Lassen steel sheet pile (27m long) and 3-layer steel tube support form to realize the purpose of full steel support for foundation pits and the green and sustainable development idea. Compared to the traditional cast-in-place pile + concrete support form, this form cut down the budget by about 25% and the construction period by 20% around to ensure the timely completion of key project nodes.
