Project Solution： Subcontract for the cement stabilized base and asphalt surface course by the road discipline, including labor and materials

Introduction:
The Jiangdong Avenue Project will further improve the Dajiang Road network system of Qiantang New District, enhance the interaction and exchange between the two banks (Dajiang East and Xiasha), and boost the rapid development of economy in the new district. Starting from the west section of Binjiang 2nd Road in the west and ending at Heizhuang Avenue in the east, the project is about 4km long and adopts the mode of professional subcontracting (including labor and materials). The cement stabilized base and the asphalt surface course were constructed in 6 months.
